RMA request

To return an item due to a fault or similar, please first complete the RMA form below.
It would be advantageous to contact ARAS Security support ([email protected]), before filling in the form, to uncover the problem.
 

Before submitting an RMA request, please read below: 

  • Do not return items until you have received an RMA number.
  • RMA number is received after the RMA request has been processed.
  • All goods that are sent back must be securely wrapped and with the RMA number clearly marked.
  • A fault finding fee (DKK 500) may be imposed on goods where the described fault cannot be demonstrated.
    Therefore, remember a detailed error description below.
     

NOTE.
All SmartIntego products must be reset before being returned!
