Request for emergency assistance outside normal opening hours

In important situations, our support team can also be available outside our normal opening hours.

Once you have completed the form below, our team will decide on the problem and, if possible, contact you as soon as possible.

Before submitting an emergency support request, please read below:

• The emergency assistance service costs DKK 3,000 per starting hour, including transport to our office or other location if necessary.
• We do not guarantee that we will always be able to provide this support outside of working hours.
• When you click on "Send request for emergency assistance", you agree to the above conditions.

Preparation.

• We probably need to access the system "remotely" via TeamViewer.
